Hi Mike,

Love the persistence. I think we are still a couple of weeks out. Our
increased production schedules have slowed our design team. Hopefully
we'll have it completed in March. besides I want to have my DS ready for
the Easter Dune Trip.

No trying to sound negitive but that is the same thing fullbore said 2 years ago when I called them. I hope they do it but don't hold your breath.

 

I think the positive light in this is that if Kalani Laker really owns a DS, I can't imagine someone running a business of custom plastics would ride an ATV without some of their own work installed. It would be as if I paid someone else to build a PC for me - that just won’t happen. Or could you see any engine builder running someone else's engine in their machine? No way. So lets all just cross our fingers that Kalani (is this dude Hawaiian?) really owns a DS because we'll very likely be getting some plastics.

 

Next time you talk to him, see if there is some way to make a race style rear fender like they do for the fronts on the 400EX.

That way we won't have to cut them.

My last email to him last week, has gone unanswered. I will shoot him another maybe I will get an update.

 

Who would buy a set besides myself if the price were reasonable compared to stock plastics.
