less rotating mass

Default less rotating mass

so what is the truth about rotating mass ive herd 1lb=1hp, 3lb=1hp, 7or8lb=1hp so does any one know

1 pound of rotating weight = 7 pounds of dead weight i know that much....

wow!!!!I'm fat enough standing still(dead weight) so if I start rotating I weigh over a ton...Thats aweful.....lmao
