Do you need to purchase the entire system or can you use the header pipe of another system and just replace the slip-on?

Inquiring minds what to know.....

Scoundrel, I do not believe that HMF make a complete exhaust system. I bought my slip on through a local dealer and paid $220 for the slip on and jet kit. The stock header pipe on years '03 and above are just as good as any aftermarket slip on you can buy. At least that is what the tec guy from HMF told me.
