Ckedd, I see that you are using the 35 shot of nos, did you go with the bigger dual nozzle, or are you running a seven hole single? I wont be going down that weekend, maybe I'll hook up with you guys later this season in Idaho. Last time I rode that thing it would give my Ds a scare, sounds like its roosts going to scare me now! And one last question, have you tried a really light endload spring in the primary, just wondered from what Ive gathered, it still isnt pulling hard all the way through?

 

Majorecho, Your welcome on the ride! I have the shifting worked out now and am working on the BOV. We were lucky and did not know it. When I got back to the trailer to load up, I notice that it looked like some gas had run down in the chain area. Well When I got home the fuel pressure reg had blown a metal diaphragm and was running a stream of 100 octane out, not 6” from the drag pipe. WOW. If it had been hot outside we would have seem a fire for sure.

650 VIPER, The 35 hp shot is the duel manifold with a 3 and a 5 hole nozzle in. I got the clutch machined and got better pulling all the way through and 5 mph on the top end. I have been running higher shift out springs and it pulls all the way through now. We will catch up with you sometime at St. Anthony.
