We are looking for ideas to take a week in the beginning of July with our RV and quads within about a 300 mile radius from Las Vegas. We pick a different area every year since we moved here. Been to Pizmo and Zion National park,UT and Lake Powell. Would be interesting to hear what others like to do and see on their time off. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

A few more hours would put you in St Anthony, well worth the drive, gauranteed! I have not seen or been to coral pink, but heard good things about it. I dont know if its the same place but also Sand hollow, heard theres a lake right there also, so you can play in that when it gets warm, But again I have not been there to verify, Good Luck Jed.

 

Our favorite spot is the Oregon sand dunes, north of Coos Bay. But, good luck getting reservations now for July. Their Dunefest is also held at the end of July.

 

Oops, my bad. I didn't see the 300mile part until after the first post. It would be worth the drive. You have dunes, sand trails, or you can ride along the ocean for miles.

 

Forget the rv and quads go to Aruba!!!!!!!!!We left the kids with my in-laws and went there for 10 days...It was unforgetable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Last year we left the kids and the dog and went on a cruise to the Mexican Riviera. Sure missed my dog.

 

St Anthony's for sure when the quads are involved. But if you go there that will mess you up as far as going to diff. place each year. The reason being...you'll want to go back to St A's every year[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
