the bomb takes .58 of a gallon. the engine ice i bought only comes in a half gallon. is this close enough or do you think that 8 hundreths of a gallon makes a difference. I dont want to spend another 15 bucks for another .08 of a gallon.

 

thats the only thing about changin it, u haveta drain all the old stuff out and fill it back up, i only used the 1 bottle and it filled up enough, had a hair left over. bought a new bottle and opened it once for a lil bit, u dont use as much as the stock coolant

 

When I switched to engine ice, I flused the system 5 times with distilled water before adding the engine ice. When I did pour the engine ice in I had just a little bit left in the bottom of my container. Thats after feeling the radiator and the resivor.

 

After I flushed out my radiator, I could not get a full half gallon of Engine Ice in. So, I had a little bit left over. At least you're smarter than me, I did buy two half gallons.

 

i didnt really think that the engine ice would make that big of a difference....but my fan hasnt came on one time since i started using it.. i jumped the wire to my sensor yestorday just to make sure my fan still worked...lol....great stuff

 

the .08 diffrence wont matter a 50 50 mix is prefered but not manditory.
