How does a lower compression piston alone build more toque? Or does the 8:1 piston allow you to run higher boost on the turbo therefore producing more torque?

Scooby , is still running stock head,and stock cams, His Turbo DS is producing over 130HP. You need to consentrate on making the Rotax stronger! to handle higher boost. The piston is a good start,and a good set of Rings then valve springs, clutch,and probably an additional OIL cooler. The DS head is a good design, and you can have it ported for even better flow, but personally I dont think I woud go with larger valves,cause the generally are heavier,and tend to "tulip" faster meaning a higher percentage for failure. JMO.
