Bombardier is going to take over the atv world

Love em or hate em it doesnt really matter. They took over the personal watercraft world with their sea doos. They took over snowmobiling with their ski doos. All thats left for them to take over is the atv world.Look at honda and yamaha they are sitting on their ***** doing what has been done before.Honda and yamaha are the biggest manufacturers in the atv world but their quads are boring.Grizzly 660 phew honda rincon 650 blah where is the interest i think they lost their interest. No efi no v-twin finally honda has irs on one quad yamaha has it on two of them. Now look at bombardier they didnt use what has already been done they got their own idea. And look at it its brilliant 75% less moving parts than the cookie cutter irs every other manufacturer uses. And bombardier has claim to the first true 800 v-twin with efi,irs,visco-lok which is the best 4x4 system out there.Hell its even available in a two passenger. For those who wonder how quads will look in the future.Look at bombardier, bombardier is the future of the atv world.

Legend - your enthusiasm is admirable, but a little misguided. i don't think that BRP has taken over the snowmobile world, nothing like their impact in the watercraft arena. as far as other atv manufacturers, let's see what yamaha unveils tonight. the talk of the snowmobile world right now is the yamaha 4 strokes (apex, etc.) - not ski doo. I am seriously considering the new 800 Outlander, but will decide after personal research, demo riding and investigating all manufacturers '06 models. IMHO

Bombardier invented the snowmobile if I'm not mistaken. They are the Rolls Royce of watercraft, too. I am not sure about how they stand in racing, though.
As to the ATV, my friends who have ridden my DS can only seem to utter one word as they get off. HOLY S! Okay 2 words!

Bigrock, can you say REV. Every manufacturer is trying to copy a now proven chassy(spell?). Yamaha does have a good fourstroke program, but thats it, still cant figure out how to make them handle. I'm with Legend here, its just a matter of time, well in my honest opinion anyways, lol.

Yamaha is not sitting on thier butts... I just saw so me pics of the Raptor 700. Man it looks sweet....I think I'm going to ditch 660 and start saving my pennies for it. It's lower and EFI. Bombardier kind of disappointed us all with no new sport quads this year.
Didn't someone say someone from Bombardier said the DS is starting to show age? I thought that was an indication for them to produce something new.
