red river sand drags!!! arkansas side July 2-3
#22
Pete, are there any noise restrictions at this place or will they allow drag pipes like mine? It's a lil' loud.LOL.Will this be racing like at Clarksville or will it be organized?Just curious,it don't matter to me either way.BTW it was nice meeting Rob on the silver YFZ this Sunday at the river. It's time to put the 11 paddle Ultralites on my bike. The sand has gotten so soft you just sink when you launch. The lil' ol' 350 ain't likin' the 10 paddles very much.

when you first get to the sand bar the part to the right is small, so go to the left, it's kind of rough, but it's fun to play on. becareful because there's a big dip about 150 yards into it, like it drops off about 5-6 feet. it's like a creek but no water. just stay to the right. you can go through it ,but just don't haul a**, i know i hit it in fourth and almost went over the front.there's a hill probably 20 to25 foot to the right of it by the river ,go hill to jump! alot of little jumps. i liked it alittle more than clarksville because you could play alittle more . if you keep on going staight you'll end up on a large straight away. it was nice and flat! i'm not so were there going to race. he also said he had some trails , i might bring my trail tires. if you can give them a call , they are really nice. they let us come down and check it out about 2 weeks a go.
