Default Hola!!

I posted infrequently last year on this forum under a different screename(raidrmik67) but couldn't get it to work so created a new one, oh well.

I flipped my DS650 back in Feb, concussion and two cracked ribs and a very sore A**. Quad suffered a bent steering rod and handlebars were slightly tweaked, other then that, no other problems, semi straigtened out the steering rod. Started to have a few second thoughts about riding again after that, kinda dazed me, never been knocked out cold before and ribs are no joke.

Well flash forward six months and I'm back in the swing of things. Spent last weekend up in the Sierra National Forest riding all day, had a blast. My buddy flipped my DS, hurt his wrist and leg but the quad looked just fine, these are some dang tough machines, he said it went into and over two small pine trees and flipped over on the trail.

I was at Prarie City (a local OHV park) and BRP was set up to introduce the Outlander 800, the rep wouldn't tell me what they were there for but that we would see them riding around. We saw them but couldn't tell the 800 apart from my 330 other then it looked newer with different racks but looks like the same machine with the 800 engine. This will be my next quad.

I picked up an 89 Ford F150XLT Lariat king cab/long bed with only 70K original miles on it, thing is almost cherry. Works perfect for hauling everything, I can fit a quad and dirtbike in the bed with my single trailer I can fit everything now.

Default Hola!!

Glad to hear you are back in the saddle!

What is it with your DS and flipping though? I've never known the DS to be very tippable! Mine certainly aren't!
