Handlebar-mounted headlight for Traxter

Handlebar-mounted headlight for Traxter
Has anyone mounted a 3rd headlight to the bars on their Traxter? I've seen some pics in the past of a Bomb model with this, but I've never seen one. I assume that it was a prototype, or a non-US model.
