I heard that the Hpr guys ran 4.3 and a 4.1 Hpr800 on alcohol and nitrous. I will let you know what I ran after Dunefest.

Its hard to get a true time of what your bike can run. I am pushing 70 hp and im a 300 lb rider, where if i get me a 175lb jockey the time will drop impressively. Alright scatterbrain i am gonna hit the road and get my butte to Pismo, I guess you and i are the only ones on. Were gonna be right under mile marker 5 if anyone sees this and is close. Later

If your talking about DS's running time, then Sandbombers bike has run the fastest E.T. that has been openly known and posted. They have a few 450's running around the same times at 4.2 - 4.3 range. They also have a few Raptors that run some 4.2 - 4.3 range. But, these are the fastest of the fast 4-strokes. I wouldnt consider these guys average,

OH yeah, these times will be dropping significantly within the next year....look for a 4-stroke to be bumping the 3.99 mark.

You hear of these guys running nitrous and stuff. A 300 foot drag is over before you really even get started. It goes by so fast how do you have time to shift gears keep the front end down and hit a nitrous button or is the nitrous set up to go off at a certain speed , gear or what?

They start in 3rd or 4th gear and shift as fast as their foot / hand coordination will allow

Most drag bikes will launch in 2nd and shift into 3rd. 300' is finished.
