Install on the barnett 9 disk
#1
Boys I just got this barnett 9 disk setup, in the package they sent me nine plates each. If you use the odd plates at each end that leaves only eight holes to fill, were does the ninth steel go?

First put one of the odd friction plates then a steel, friction, steel, friction, steel, etc. until you get to the second(the other odd friction) plate, then rotate it slightly to put it in the shorter notches. The odd plates are the ones that look greenish, and are different from the other friction plates. Remember to soak your clutch prior to installation beacause the plates will expand ( Very important.) readjust your cable. Pm me if you need any more help and iLL give you my nuber so we can talk over the phone. Chiknhawk

chiknhawk, you type faster than me lol. Thats what the instruction said also, it just didnt make any sence to me that they would send an extra steel. Thanks i'll just leave the other steel out.

Hey dont leave anything out. the reason they send extra is so it grips and bites stronger. I just put mine in last week, I seriously would not leave anything out. Chiknhawk
