I was just wondering if there was any builders from the lonestar state for the ds because i was thinking of getting one to mod. Im aware i have craycraft for the rappy and all, but i kinda want to keep it stock to just putt on at the strip. any input is greatly apreciated.

I'm from Texas & know of no DS builders here. I use HPR for parts & machine work with great results.I do my own assembly. I know that craycraft racing has put together a DS or two in the past with the customers parts. I think they were hybrids. I don't know how they ran or who's parts they used. There are many Texas forum members running HPR parts.I'm sure that you can get help with installing the HPR parts here in Texas if you go that way.

Is mr. hp located in tx? Its not so much the install of the parts that id have trouble with, its getting them to run good together is what im afraid of. Thats why i was wondering if there was a builder who can install and get things tuned for me using their dyno and such. Plus if i have any problems (like serious problems) then i dont have to worry about shipping or driving across the country to have the thing worked on.

Call them & tell them you want to talk to the person (pretty sure his name is Steve) that runs the dyno. Tell him what type of ATV you have & what type of carb you have. He will let you know if he can help you out. If you have a TM45 make sure you read Hightowers post about dynoing & make notes. I have talked to him once about doing mine. He doesn't know much about Lectrons so I will have to do most of the tuning myself.
