End Cap?

i was looking for a mod quad or Mr. HP end cap and cant find one. Is Mr. Hp's website the only place to get one? or does anyone have one they would get rid of? just trying to get one in before my bike gets out of the shop..thanx in advance

The jetting he recommends is from some of my old specs of about 3 yrs ago. It's safe to say I was pretty far off with the main jet recommendation since we have done some more closely controlled dyno testing on the stock carb.

I run a 170 at 4000ft elevation and it runs really good.

Every pipe requires a little different fuel tune-up. The 175 main will run pretty good under most conditions but it definately does not make the most power unless your running a drag pipe.
We have tested the Billet End Cap on a hot sticky day in Ky and found best results with a 145-150 main[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] But you have to be careful at 145 because the needle setting starts getting critical.
HMF in MI try a 150-155 until it gets really cold.

Wow! So your recommending going 2-4 sizes smaller than stock (165) even through we're now flowing more air. That seems to go against all logic unless the DS is jetted extremely rich from the factory?? We have pretty low humidity out west.
