I went and seen my dealer today and he did some digging into this for me..There is some 1-800 number that we will have to call to activate a 5 yr warrenty, and it only applies to OUTLANDERS..

Even he is unclear for sure..He said he'd contact Bomb and find out what the deal is.

Ok...so they can put a 5 year warranty free on the outlander, but we are still stuck with a 6 month? I dont think I have ever seen an incentive for the ds I guess they just sell themselves Ay? I really wished I had purchased the extended warranty for mine, as right outside of the warranty (on the 8th month or so) I had the clutch sprag problem that cost me a pretty penny, not to mention the 3 batteries I went through before finally getting the PC 545!

Is the 5 yr for ALL the outlanders models?

Sorry,
but you wont qualify for the 5 yr warrenty if you bought in July. The 5 yr incentive is for Outlander units purchased from Sept 13th thru the 30th of December 2005,I beleive?
