You guys are probably going to think this is nuts, but I think at the moment the fastest showroom stock 4 stroke is not actualy even a sport quad. Form what I have seen in the dirt or sand the Outy 800 is the fastest showroom stock quad you can buy right now.

i never said my bike was stock @#$% head my budies stock and the guys raced at the drag race is sponcerd by cowtown here in cuba mo. look up the website hes never lost on hes ds650 but the 06 are a lost faster than last years i will be racing saturday against a guy who bought one that thinks he faster than me my budy an me will race and get video to show your @#$% asssses!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol lol

Ironlady, you said you had a 450 with a hrc. While that is not stock, neither is a Ds with a carb and cap. So lets race the two and see how they do. I dont think you should let your parents know you are swearing on the forums, they will ground you and take away your gameboy.

I just got the June issue of Quad magazine, and guess what Ironbob, it has a shootout of the 450s, and the Honda was dead last.... The Suzuki won, but in comparing the Honda to the Yamaha they said, "No matter what level rider was on board, the Honda got flat out smoked". Another good quote "We though that things would be a bit more even once we got the 450R into the woods, but the Yamaha just outdid it at every turn".
