I am getting a little old to be riding my TVI720 so am thinking about selling it and getting a 4x4. My options are in the title. I would sure appreciate some feedback. The local dealer tells me the KingQuad rules, but I feel he just wants to get rid of some stock he has. Any real life experiences would help. I do 20% trails and the rest on sand.

Outlander by far....will run about 1500 more then the KQ though. The Bomb is also a twin cylinder the others are singles I do believe.

I am probably not going to be a tremendous help, but I will try. Although I haven't riden the KQ, I have heard and read that it is a very well balanced machine that handles well and has lots of power.
The Bomb is heads above every thing I have ever ridden. Obviously it isn't a sport quad, but it feels lighter than the 639lbs dry weight. To me, the Bomb is like a muscle car with sport tendancies. It is a very tough machine, even with the abundant use of aluminum. I have ridden a lot of different quads and have a lot of seat time on my Predator. The 800 is almost as much fun as the Preddy, but definitely more forgiving on the trails. I can slide the rear end at will on many types of surface.
As far as sand goes, Bombardier chose a sand covered park in Utah to launch the machine to the press. Utility machines are usually not adept at handling sand. But, it impressed the press a lot.
I also like the idea of twin power. It is very smooth. Actually, I have compared it to an electric engine before. The power is instant and very torqey all the way up the rev range.
Both quads are excellent, but I estimate the 800 to just be a totally superior animal.

well, im going to be honest, the 800 bomb will be the best for your sand craze. IM not sure how reliable it will be. MY buddies 400 outy has probs so ya know. But the 800 will be the best for sand. The prairie 700 would be my second choice because of its sporty nature.

the King Quad might be good in the sand I've just never went in sand so I don't know , from what I've heard the Bomb 800 is great in the sand simply because it has so much power, just might want to get some rear paddle tires to control all that power. The Prarie's good in the sand too, but the more power the better so the best would be the 800.
