Ive got the big gun on my DS but i havnt had it on long enough to give any feed back about it.
my brother runs them on his predator and his wifes KFX with no problems

you get what you pay for! what is the immediate need for one right now?

i am not sure of the history of big gun it seems that some work and some dont but one thing i do know if you are

lucky enough to get a bad one you will be paying a lot of money in repairs and they will be sending you another unit(warranty), that you wont want to put back in, you will have to sell it and replace it with something new .....blah-blah-blah

long story short .....you will buy a vortex sooner or later it seems...but again you may get the one that works...good luck

No, I'm sorry. I don't have a ds I have a z. I do like my big gun cdi so far. If your looking for the best price, you may get a better deal from A&B than on ebay. Unless you get a used one, but I would NEVER buy a used cdi. Sorry if I mislead you by responding to this thread, it shows what I have in my sig.
