This is big time ATV country and your DS would work perfect in this loggin road country. And if ya want mud we got mud, and if ya want rock we got rock. the only thing I wish we had more of is sand. And that preacher guy is just F@&^%ed up. We aint got no buck wheat but I can sure show him where the bears sh$% in the WOODS.
And hey Jackrabbit is right on the mark at least it hasn't been up to full steam, long enough to be entrenched and really screw people up. I don't know about Rotax side though.

A friend of mine works for IH. They have a facility in Mexico. I guess these workers will come from miles around to work two weeks, get paid & then quit. Real quality there.

Anyone ever see the movie "Roger & Me"? It's about GM & their dirty dealings & destroying the cities that built their companies. It's an older but still relevant movie.

That movie was done by an extreme left wing hipo-crite (pun intended). His movies have no relevance at all other than to promote his agenda.

BRP is stating that they are spending 30 Million to update the facility in Mexico.
If it is to update the buildings and working conditions - great. But that is just a new paint job. They will have to replace alot of equipment.

The facility in Mexico is where Johnson/Evenrude outboards were produced.
Mostly parts. This facility has nothing but old technology equipment.
Quality was poor and one of the reasons they went broke.
I hope that they update buildings and equipment or this facility will follow its
previous owners. Quality is facilities, equipment, trained workforce and commitment by
top management to have a continuous improvement program.
If they do not have a long range program to enhance the product quality, then this is only
a short range program to show quick profits so as to make it more marketable to future new owners.

I really don't like Micheal Moore either. However I hate large greedy corporations even more. I think that you need to watch his movies even if you don't always believe what he says. I NEED to know both sides before I just tune one side out.

01ds650,

You can't better understand truth by watching lies. Even the Democrats distance themselves from M. Moore, at least the ones who care about their re-election chances.

BTW I noticed you're from Ohio. Thanks for adding your state to G. W.'s tally of electoral votes in '04. It made over half the nation very happy!

See, no self control. I can't stay out of the political fray. I will make a renewed effort!
