Default carb getting flooded or too lean??

Okay i just put in my dyno jet kit, and it will idle no problem, but when i give it gas it will bog out and kill. but if i put the choke on it will rev fine. wont bog or kill out. so what is the problem? and if it is running too lean, or too rich how do i correct this? change my needle clip or my mixture screw? and would running it with the choke on hurt it?

the symptoms you describe are exactly how it acts if the diaphram is not in its groove exactly right all the way around - pull the top back off and verify exact placement of the slide diaphram and then try her again.
I found that the dynojet kit instructions worked perfectly for me on several different bikes, so I'd doublecheck the installation before changing any of the recommended settings.
