Hey guy's. What's the best oil to use in my '05 DS? I ride the deserts in So.Cal. fall thru spring. What do you think of Torco's motorcycle oil's?

I use Champion 20W50

Just if you do ride in the heat more or at higher temps, use a synthetic blend with higher numbers

 

I personally use amsoil and love it, but it does seem that when shutting it off I can smell a little oil smell but I have read that the fully synthetic oils have a little more blow by,

p.s. the amsoil I use is fully synthetic too

 

Shell RotellaT in the blue bottle, $14 a gallon at wal mart. True full synthetic.

hey CaRider67 we can no longer get the rotella in the gallon jugg here in minnesota only quarts, they said walmart is gonna stop carrying it,
