ds 650 pipes

Newbomber,
Yeah, I'd like to see the components if you have a digital camera and can put some on your home page. The hp numbers seem incredible comparably, and you fixed the only 'eye sore' problem about the pipes. I am surprised others haven't figured out the Lowe's hi heat black paint job yet. Flat black is a racey color. Any pictures and descriptions would be helpful (inner/outer disc dia, thickness, clearances, baffle dia/length, etc...).
If Top Gun fit mine, I would seriously consider your exhaust foremost and and am interested in key factors that make the design so successful. For the money, you have gotten a lot of features others won't have: hp, silencers that don't hurt performance, and a tuned exhaust system with high rpm hp. That will be your cheapest horsepower, and potential hp others will never have due to pipes alone.

Sorry about that last post. I would ask those questins directly to MRHP. I don't know enough about the technical description and specs to give you an intelligent answer so I will refer you to the experts. All I know is that there is noticable power increase and it looks great. I did take the discs off before the black paint job though. The end of the discs says "XR's ONLY POWER TIP" I hope that helps. Sorry i couldn't answer more of your questions.
