I am in the middle of changing my oil. I have done all the necessary things I found on here. So my question is when I am doing the bleeding thing ( I have a 2000) and I turn the engine over with the kill switch on am I supposed to see oil coming out of the hole where the screw is or the hole just to the left of it. Oil comes out of the hole.

I don't remember which hole it comes out of but as long as there is oil pumping to the filter housing you should be good. Let it pump until you see clean oil to be sure. If, when you go to start it up, the oil pressure light does not go off, bleed again. Good luck

I put the filter in and started it up. The oil light was on for about 3 seconds and gone. I rode it up and down the street and also let it sit and idle for a while. The oil light never came on. I didn't even turn the screw. I tried and couldnt get it so decided to see what would happen if I turned it over with the kill switch on. Like i mentioned first, oil came out of the hole just to the right of the screw. Someone let me know if I am not ok, but it seems to be fine.
