A duner or a racer is no fun on a trailer!!! Save your money and do the job with a quality product. I been there and done that, trust me on this please!!!

Bomber,

What's the difference between the 855 bigger bore cylinder and regular big bore 730 other than ?

- Same cylinder bored out 2.5 mm dia more?
That would be .984 greater dia and AL insert is only .46 greater dia, so it couldn't be if big bore can't take AL sleeve due to wall size.

- How much $ is that compared to other big bore?

- How many cc's without stroker on 108mm big bore?

Thanks!

My hpr800 was built right before planet sand last year in April, ran it all year without a rebuild and only changed the clutch 1 time. Won 4sws and still had the motor if needed this year in the wings if we had any problems at the planet. So a full year of abuse.
You dont have enough napkins for me to talk about the sleaved ones LOL

for what im doing ( a little dragging,a little duning, a little train riding) i am very pleased with my sleaved set-up...but i think i would be a little gun shy to put my motor threw the distress u guys are putting on your hpr motor.....i imagine if u were running mainly all motor u would proberly get alot more life out of her........

how is your head holding up? Was it as wore out as your motor?

had the 720cc turbo DS out today briefly. ran great @ 15psi of boost. no head leak. still breaking in rings though. this is with a stock cylinder bored to 105.0mm and replated by Millenium, and with a JE 105.0mm shelf piston. only mods to JE piston are machined down to a flat top and a standard tension oil ring was used instead of the supplied low tension style. I added 15% more fuel with this mod.

again, the cost was $215 for the cylinder work and $160 for the piston.

more time will tell...
