Well, The ds sometimes does catch one tire and pull harshly one way, but its only happned to me a few times, but one of the times it hu rt my wrist. I think that a steering Dampaner would help this problem mostly but i'm su re would not rid it completly.

I have experienced this pulling you are describing on other machines as well, don't think its unique to the Ds650.This feeling could be more exagerated on Ds due to size&weight.
I am looking forward to hearing about what riders have to say about these arms.Could be a good addition as long as they are not made of aluminum...chromolly...only way to go.

I have not ordered any Ron woods kits as of yet. I think a few other people on this forum have the Stage II kit, but i'm not sure as of who they are. I'v been looking for info on these kits.

If you call RW they will send you there pamplets & info.free of charge on kits.I got one,but starting to beleive that a good carb.,adjustable cdibox & exhaust will give the DS good, powerful, reliable increased performance.
Waiting til spring to make this decision.
Right now I need to finish building my 250R.

You dont see any Ds quads in the woods races because they SUCK in the woods. They are way too wide to run at a fast pace.Im not cutting down on you ds owners but just telling the facts.

you can turn the rear wheels backwards and make the ds 45 inches wide ,but it feels tippy in the turns because youre used to the stabilness of the wide rearend. thats why i bought the ds

i put the ron woods rev unlimiter and the pipe on mine and changed the jetting to a 172.5 main jet. the bike has lots of lowend now and outruns a stock raptor. it is a little hard to start cold though. we are planning a trip to glamis on dec. 24 any other bombs going to be there???????

Probably why they named it the dune sport 650, not a ws650(woodsport). It kills me when I here people ripping on the ds for sucking in the woods, and on mx tracks, it wasn't designed for that.
