i checked it like u are supposed to run it full out and then kill it

You are running on hardpack? I don't think sand would make that much of a difference.

Your RPM's aren't going up so, rules out slipping clutch. . .

Jack up your rearend and try to spin the tires by hand. . . everything moves easy. . . swingarm bearings are fine?

Doesn't die at all? Not running out of fuel?

BTW, if you put a new set of plugs in, it should take you a while to get some color on them. These 4-strokes are pretty clean burning.

Do you have a screen (spark arrestor) in your exhaust? Have you pulled it and checked to make sure it isn't clogged?

Very difficult doing this without being there.

 

i run on hard pack and sand, not diing or runnin out of fuel, and i dont run with a screen makes it to quiet i like it loud

 

Hows your air filter? I like Duneme thoughts on the axle bearings. Did you see about them?

 

Are you still running your airbox... after I took mine off I fall short on the top end in fifth gear.... sounds similar. My low end and all the way up is awsome, hit fifth and it just hums at about 4500 or 5000 won't go any higher. I normally don't ride in fifth so I just live with it. I was told that this would happen before I took out the air box, but I'm more concerned about low end.

 

no havent checked the axle bearing and nope im still running a airbox

 

I say main jet then.... have you messed with the needle?
