Outlander 800 (XT)...The New King Quad...
#11
Toyeboy...The Outlander is NOT over priced if we are comparing apples. If you cannot afford...I certainly can appreciate that. However, make no mistake about it...the Outlander 800 IS the new King Quad!

Toyeboy just thought I would point out the std Outy is 8599.00 just like the Popo 800 (760). The KQ list for 7299.00. That said the Outy has an engine that one is a very well balanced V-twin compared to the single jug on the KQ, and two the Outy engine is also over 100cc's larger. The Outy also comes standard with radial tires. My point is really just that there is quite a bit more quad there for the added price. They are not really equal machines.

If I went out tomorrow at a dealership around where I live they don't sell them for under $9000 so there's like a $2000 difference between that and a THE KING.
If that motor is really worth $2,000 more than a KQ then okay, because that's the only thing the Outty 800 has over the King is the motor, you all are blinded by power. They just took the Outty 400, and threw in an 800cc motor and upped the price by a gazillon dollarz. It don't even have skids, so skids are a must so that ups the price even more to like $10k, and it's front shocks are a pile, just look at them....oh yeah what about the frame's breaking, driveshafts bending....Hmmm....maybe those Outty 400 parts/frame can't take 62 hp?
Tell me why it's sooooo much better than the KQ, and every other ATV for that matter just leave out the fact that it's an 800cc b/c I don't care after 650cc don't need more power...b/c it must be the perfect ATV right.. for 9 grand it should be, MSRP doesn't mean crap to ATV dealers so it'd be at least $9K out the door, 10k with skids. Oh and the warranty after the first 6 months is handled by like bombcare or something.

Oh yeah the Outtlander can't be the "King Quad" b/c there's only one company that can build the KING QUAD and that's Suzuki, a name respected by millions of powersports consumers, not some jet builder that just decided to build atv's a few years ago.
