race sag?????
You could try softer springs. I weigh 150lbs and adjusted my springs in the front to the point that anymore and there would be slack in the springs. I think that they are pretty decent right there. I also noticed that with them adjusted there that a good jump will cause it to bottom out. I never have adjusted there rear yet, but will sometime to see if it will help it hook up better on loose dirt outta the hole.

race sag?????
Flux.
Im 209 and here is what happend to me.
I went through the same thing. I could turn mine by hand also. I set mine but have not riden yet here is what I got. The front all the way take the measurement. I then pushed mine down by hand on the front end and jumped up and down on the pegs and even rolled it forward a little bit then I tokk the measurement and got my 2.5 inches after adjustment (20% of the total travel for the front).
I thern got off the the thing and measured again and it was about 1/2 and inch higher then when I sat on it. I think I did it right where I got messed up before was I would pull it up measure and just get on the pegs and seat and it did not allow for the shocks to settle in.
I was told you have to figure in the static sag (Ds just sitting there with no rider) into the race sag to get it right. which is why it is only going down a half inch. Which is where I messed up I was trying to get the racesag from the highest extention without letting the shocks settle in
Did you happen to measure the threads on the shocks before you turned them from stock If you have that measurement could you post it so I could compare where mine is to stock.
With my sag set Im showing 3 inches of thread on the shock.
Hope this helps
