Thanks, Smallerdaddy, that was good advice. I tried a few but don't stick with them. Thinking about surgery or banding but could buy two or three quads for the price.

I went from 150lbs to 137 in about 3 month's, i just started eatting the right foods adding fruit and veggie's watching the carbs. actually i eat more times a day, only smaller portion's. And also excersizing out side more, and when indooor's without the AC going full blast. I am a diabetic and a double bialateral amputee, so it's hard to find exersizing machines and programs that work for me, but it's very important to sweat ! The body burn's more calories from sweating, i just saw the other day on the TV new's a medical report that showed how even at rest the body burn's more calories from just body sweat ! But you don't want over do it, and have a complete medical fiscal exzame before starting any kind of heavy physical exersizing program...........!

Basically, I have come to the rate of weight loss of 2-4 pounds a week. This is what medical experts say is the correct rate to not lose muscle mass and to also maintina the weight loss, in other words, it's harder to put this back on.
