Doctor Turbo, You cant go much smaller then a Vega wagon....lol.. Maybe a Vega coupe.
Ha, ha, ha, ha not even close baby!!!!!! Can you say "steel" T-O-P-O-L-I-N-O!!!!! I saw one in 1977 and told myself I was going to get one of those no matter what it took!! 38" wide and I hope around 1,800 LBS on the line with me in the seat!!!! We hauled the body home in the back of an Isuzu pickup!!!

AMD if you need a vacation in Ca, let me know. I'll have you come by and bend up some tubing for a fogger on an EFI stack Hilborne. You put the tune on the big block and lets go racing!!! You and I have always seen eye to eye on juice and I know you know your stuff. Get out of that ice!!!

AMD I went the opposite of you. Middle age, and a bunch of my friends dieing. Told my old lady the other night, **** on this, I'm putting money in the Fiat and going racing. Life is too short to scrimp on this stuff.

Back on topic. I'm always amazed if you strip a little weight off the vehicle how much faster it goes. That is why I respect the DS riders. They are on the big side and still end up #1. My hat is off to all you people that race these things and win. Good luck bomber riders!!!

congrats to all, im on a self made diet - 262 to 218.

Basically I figure what i burn a day (maybe 2300), try to eat about 70% of that, while taking vitamins, eating lots of HEALTHY protein, and watching calories.

Big thing that drastically helped was 30min of elliptical 3-5x a week. I lost the majority in 4 months. After that its been slowly dropping, going back to 222, dropping down. etc. Knee and arm injury so hurts to do elliptical and i can only do about 12lbs of weight on my right arm.

Whatever you do for excersize, stretch a lot. Half this pain could have been prevented with proper stretching. Snowmobile season (all 3 weeks of it) drastically helped correct overdeveloped muscles from elliptical. but wouldnt have been so bad with better stretching.

good luck to all, im back on it, light impact elliptical and weights to help stay tone, more aggressive calorie counting to slim down (trying to shoot for 1200-1500 calories a day)

Off topic again sorry...

Doctor Turbo. Its funny you mention the plumbing of the hillborn. I did plumb a 3 stage a while back. 2 stage fogger and a cross plate. It kind of made me want to build another car, then I snapped back to reality and told myself I dont think so. If I ever get out to Cali, I will come over and put a really nice tune on your N20. Just as long as I am not paying for parts....lol!!!

I only ask one thing thought. Please dont have me plumb that hillborn with stainless lines, They are a pain in the rear end...lol!

Back on topic. I have lost 12 lbs just from not drinking soda anymore. All I drink is water and I am down to 180lb. I never thought I could lose that much weight just from a drink...

could the 40, well now 42 lbs. I have lost be causing my chain to sag to much? My bomb just isn't running like it was before I broke it, but everything is back to normal except my weight! I can hear the chain clanking around quite a bit and I never heard that before. The quad just sort of bogs down when I get on it in 2nd gear...it eventually picks up but it takes it about 15' - 20' to get out of the bog.
Any help is appriciated!

Back on subject...I lost all of my weight so far by eating low carb, med. to high protein and drink nothing but water! (except every now and then i take a sip, not a cup just a sip, of Calorie Countdown chocolate milk...just to kill the sweet tooth! For breakfast, lunch, and dinner I eat a low carb [Mission brand] wrap with chicken, lettuce or bell pepper and onions, colby jack cheese, and 2 tbls. of ranch dressing. After lunch I eat an Atkins double choc. crunch Caramel bar!!!! And at my break I drink an Advant Edge carb control drink on M-W-F. I only eat 1 - 2 meals a day on weekends!
Don't know that anyone cares about any of this, but thought I would say it anyway! I love this forum! I am an addict now! I feel like I have a whole new group of ppl. to talk to!
