Ill. Man Attempts to Cross U.S. on ATV

WETMORE, Mich. - An Illinois man is trying to cross North America on an All Terrain Vehicle. Jim Bergren's journey started 29 days ago in Oregon. He reached Alger County last night.

Bergren came up with the idea when he started creating a Web site that seeks to map ATV trails in the country.

He plans to keep designating ATV trails after his trek is finished.

Bergren expects to reach the East coast around Aug. 5.

 

Thats pretty cool, wonder if he is going to drive it back or trailer it?

 

I found a few articles and websites but nowhere does it mention what kind of ATV. From one pic kind of looked like a Suzuki but wasn't sure.

Thats pretty cool I wish you could ride them on the roads like a motorcycle.
