Since we are talking about tires here i have a question.What are the benefits of the taller tires(25") over the typical 22"?Is the cost a lot higher?

I dont think you will have trouble pulling those gears. I could not pull 15-42, but I dont have much torque either.

No i dont think we will make it this year.I will set aside one week of vacation time for DS days next year.Ron sounds like he has a lot of tires but i would not want to admit how many i have just sitting around.I think i have four different sets of fronts and rear just in my enclosed trailer .

 

- I dont think many people look at it like this, but with a taller tire like my 25s 10 paddle extremes, It gives me more distance between the paddles (being taller and letting the tires spinn better and scooping sand better. JMO

 

Jed, Im running YAMMI bolt pattern and nice try but your gonna have to run my pilot cause I think our bikes are near the same weight. LOL

12 miles per hour extra on nos is freakin rediculous!! I dont know if I could hang with you on juice and me on juice even. Your bike is pretty light. I think mines around 420lb[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Where do you get the 25" tires and what is the cost?

 

I got mine from 2big2bfast. But you can find them in some classifieds. Scat track should have them and they are around 4 bills I think.
