Alright, those of you that ride at the dunes at the Oregon coast.....What needle do you run in your Lectron???

 

Are you talking about the 46 or 48?I cant remember what is in my 46 but i will look at my paperwork form HPR.

 

Either, I am just looking for a base line...

 

What needle are you running now?

 

Currently a 3-4, started the week with a 4-2

 

How does it feel off bottom right now?

How many turns out is your power jet?

 

Here is the thing, I am not sure where I am going to be for Oregon. We were at like 5000 feet, and hot. It is going to now be sea level, 40 degrees cooler, and higher humidity. I was way rich with no power jet on the 4-2. I was still rich with the 3-4, but was best in the 6000-6500 RPM with about 1 turn on power jet in Utah. I was really hoping that Scatter and Dunit could tell me thier needles so that I could get an idea of what I needed. I already know what Nut is using, now if I can get the other two, or anyone else for that matter I could gather myself a guess that should be in the ball park....

 

I was just trying to get a feel for what you were running now.

I agree that someone from that riding elevation/conditions needs to chime in and help a brother out.

 

Alright, where is all of my help. I know that dunit is checking on his paperwork for me. DSNut already told me what he is using, and I am awaiting a call back from Scatter. Sandbomber, you must of used a single carb there at one time and have an idea? It is looking like I might make the trip there this weekend, and need to get an idea of what needle I need....Please help all

Even at that, can others tell me what Needle they use, and at what elevation and temps???
