Flywheel

The center hub needs alittle heat - loctite from factory sometimes won't let go.
Heat the hub with a torch, not much, install puller, draw tight, side hit flywheel with brass, tighten puller, side hit and usually it will pop.
Be sure to use pressure lube or good grease on threads and end of puller.

I do the same thing OMR said but when I have it as tight as possible I hit the center of the puller bolt with a hammer and send a shock wave thrue it and it usually comes rite off.

I had the same problem on my craptor. Flywheel would not come off for the life of me. broke a cheap puller. then aquired a nice matco puller. it took around 300ft/lbs before it popped. wich mushroomed the crank. had to grind down the shaft and recut the threads at the end. Royal pain. I did not use heat. Next time. Heat will be used
