Default MPG ? For 800 XT

I just ordered a yellow 800 XT and am wondering what kind of gas mileage I can expect on normal riding. I know this has been probably covered before but couldn't find it anywhere. Great site guys, a lot of info here. Looking forward to reporting the pros and cons of this monster. Thanks for reading.

I have gone as far as 121 miles before running out. That was in Utah, and for some reason we were on flat country and even frontage roads all day. Ran for 45 minutes with the gas light flashing. I let it run out from boredom.

At ~100 hours, the bike had ~1500 miles on it, 15 mph average for what that's worth.

If your riding rocky trails or gravel pits, will not get anywhere near 121 miles. I'd say about 15-20 mpg average, 75-90 miles per tank. I got two of the small red fuel paks, 1.25 gallons each, strapped one on each side of the front rack, they look kind of neat and always got 2.5 gallons extra.
