Do they have a tree and traps at this race? How about guard beams? Will we have timeslips to review from the Clash?

Just checking.............

OH MY......today was a fun, busy, frustrating, exciting, overwelming day. For me personally, today had many ups and downs, but thankfully it ended on a good note. Alot more people rolled in today. Alot of fast raptors, and 450's. They opened up the officail track for people to try out and get a feel for the lights.

Jeff and Scott made some very impressive passes. For one passed imparticular, I stood right between them and watched the lights as they launched and OH....MY....GOSH, that was AWSOME. The ground literally shook beneath my feet.

Anyway, Im so tired I just cant think of anything else to say. More tomarrow, stay tuned.

I need a confirmation as to whether there are guard beams down there. That totally changes the times. You in effect get the benefit of a rolling start which turns into about a two 10th time savings.

Remember when Airforce1 ran the 3.91? All the bikes were running a couple of tenths fast that day, it was because of no guard beams. When Airforce1 went to planet sand, he ran 4.1's and 4.2's.

Maybe Big Mike can check that out tomorrow for us. It will give us some perspective

BTW, guard beams are not the guard rails on the sides of the track, lol. It is actually a light beam.......

We could have laid down a 3.8 at Albany if they hadn't had those pesky guard beams like Planet Sand requires for official or unofficial times and records
