Hey Gary,

I heard that the new owners (assuming the deal is done) were only going to hold the race if they could get a permit. Have we heard yet if this is the case and do we know if 4-stroke wars is actually happening?

Not going to make it. . . pretty much just have just been going down there to dune the last couple years and the rest of the group leaves the Friday as everyone shows up so, we decided to pick a quiet week this year. Just more into duning. Will miss hooking up with everyone else though.

Didn't know the sale occured. Who's the new owners?

If the build on my 700R is finished in time and everything else works out, I plan on attending.

 

It is a possibility but no promises yet.

It is at Dumont. They couldn't get a permit at Glamis in time. They have submitted for a permit for 2008 already for Glamis but 2007 will be held at Dumont. Apparently there is a 180 day waiting period to get a permit for an event like this at the Imperial Dunes [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

When will it be?
