battery is always dead???
If it's the original battery, my bet is it no longer can hold a charge. I have an 04 and had a similar problem. Just ordered an Odyssey PC545.

Odyssey's are awsome . I wont install anything else. but if your battery is fresh and still goes dead it could be your regulator or stator.

Mine just had the same problem. I ordered a new batt.
Put a volt meter across the batt. terminals while its running. You should have more than 12 volts. This tells you the quad is trying to charge the
battery. The battery should show 12 volts with the quad shut off. If it is charged....
If quad is trying to charge batt. but its not holding the 12 volts aftere chargeing it, then batt is probaly toast...time for a new one.

Exactly. Great advice. Do as the other member said. Test it out and go from there.
