A HUGE thank you for the heads up on the adblocker for firefox guys! I didn't know about that plug-in! WOW! What a difference! A big middle finger to pointroll (the ad company) and polaris!

 

Wow, I really don't notice a problem MOST of the time. The fact is, this is a decent sized site, it is free, and it works as fast or faster than some I visit, so no complaints here.

 

Ditto scooter, I saw those ads one night, then no more. Think my zone alarm caught up with them.

That polaris ad would totally hose my machine and lock up firefox or explorer so bad you couldn't even close them noramlly. You had to shut them down with task manager and it took multiple attempts to get it to do so. That is the only time I've had anything crash firefox.

 

The ads are like the quads they sell, slow everyone up and are quite irritating.

I think that is a little harsh. But I do hate the ads. But still like my preddy. I got ad blocker and no more problems.
