havn't been around for a while been off doing road bike stuff.

Due to a neck injury that wont go away i dont use my DS much any more and when i do I tend to be taking it easy just pluging around on my own. to much ruff stuff and i cant turn my head for a couple of weeks.

So what i need to know is what silencer is the latest thing that wont strangle the power to much and wont rattle my brain.

i currently have a HPreaserch end cap which i never minded the volume of when the ds was getting driven as intended, but when just rolling around slow it starts to get irritating.

I would just put the stock pipe back on for the time being, Intill your neck gets better...

 

problem is i run a 46 mm lectron carb and the stock end cap will most likley strangle it to much, im also looking at making it road legal, so somthing a little more tame might help in town

 

any slip on with a quiet core insert would do it

 

lets fix the neck...pm me what the issue is ...i have helped alot of people on the site with neck issues that traditional docs cant fix...

then you can ride like you want to and the ds deserves

 

I have one of "The Stir's" quiet pipe conversions. It performs very well, looks great and is as quiet as stock. Ask anyone who has one, they really are a miracle pipe for light mods.
