Default Renegade vs Outlander 800 weak frame issues

Been shifting on the fly for years with the Outties, never a problem. I must have shifted 100 times during the last GNCC race, all the racers do it. Haven't herd of a problem yet. The 4-wheel drive won't engage or disengage until you take the load off.

It doesnt make sense why it's necessary to be in park. I'm thinking it wont matter, I mean think about it, if I'm off th egas but all four wheels are moving at the same rate, I dont see where anything is going to be damaged from not being in park.

imo the ground clearance is mesured with the shocks tightened all the way up without a rider. when i tightened my shocks it mesured something like 11 3/4' at the floor board. but.....thats not the frame.
