LOL, its way more involved than just the sprocket. even though its a small motor you will have to cut the bottom of the frame out and rebuild and because its a down draft motor the top frame rails will also have to be chopped out and widened for clearance around air filters. you can figure on building a custom aluminum tank because the stock one won't fit anymore and you will have to mount the 600's fuel pump in the bottom of your new tank. your radiator will need relocating as well and there is lots more stuff.......

pretty sweet vid and like supersonic said there are alot of details to consider about the bike I haven't built one but just thinking about the different things and where to place each thing depends...it takes alot of thought and patients...I may try doing one soon but with a 750 motor to start out and maybe move to a busa when I become more comfortable because the quickest bike I have riden is my 450r and my ds 650 and they are pretty much stock.

you know bombrider04 that a bike will only go as fast as the throttle you give it. why do the 750 only to want more in a month or two? how about you buy a throttle with a throttle stop screw like kids bikes have and turn the power down about half way?? you could even hook up one of those safety switches on the back with a string hooked to it so that if you go to fast somone holding the string for you can pull it and shut you down . just messin with ya.... good luck on whatever you decide to build

you know know I was thinking about it into more detail last night and you have a point...it's about the same amount of work as it would be to have a busa engine so why not go all out...it may be cheaper to buy a 750 but you won't get the same power delivery...once my 450 is paid off I will be saving to get a busa engine and hopefully it'll end up a busa ds.
