I bought a second set of renegade rims so the offset would not change for this event and am putting sand paddles on them. I think I'll have to go with the Aerospeed 25-10-12's. I realize they are molded and not the performance of the skat trak's. The sand appears very soft at the event and everyone in the pictures at the drag race had sand paddles. The Aerospeeds only have 8 paddles and a v-design so they are not the best for drags. Will they be much better than the stock atr's. I have never run paddles, anyone run these? I doubt anyone would unless they had to go with a 12 rim.

 

The paddles will be better than the stock tires...even though the paddles are the v-design.

 

Paddles are a must for racing up here. You better get some good ones.

Are you going to put them on all 4 wheels?. You could just buy some paddles for the rear. You could put some 25" extremes on that beast. Of course they wont be as cheap as the aerospeed's, But it would be better for drag racing. I guess you already have 12" wheels though. Just forget I even mentioned this. LOL!!
