Cam Chain Tensioner

Looking for ideas (aftermarket or ?) on the Cam Chain Tensioner.
I have have gone through 3 of the OEM's and need to do something else.
What do you suggest?

Cam Chain Tensioner

Check with HPR, they may have something.

Also check with THE BOM.
