BBR650 were you the number 5 in the ute class. I never had a chance to meet the number 5 Outy guys, but I herd they were from cowtown.

It looked like you had the same tire setup as jeff, everyone tells me how light they are and how well they hook up, I was actually planning on getting a set. Were you in 4wd or 2. As loose as the track was we were running in 4wheel. I did notice you were running a woods setup, but I never thought to look at the stickers, was that your 650 or was it a 800?

it was my buddys 800. we were in 4x4 but i looked at some pics and it was lifting the front wheels up about 3in. and they wernt pullling it out of the hole. the back tires were just sinking. the tires work great for us in the sand here at home, until it gets powdery. his tires need comp cut, and thrown on some aluminum wheels pretty bad. oh well. i dont think youll have to worry about us running at the clash. i dont think he has the motivation to drive back down again. you have some good running bikes!

BBR, I hate to here that you guys wont be entering next time.
As much as I like the run what you brung deal at the clash, it seems to be shrinking our turnout for our class pretty bad. I fielded 3 of the 5 machines in the class this time. I knew the 100% stock Renegade was a wast of 25 bucks, but I tossed it in the mix anyway just to boost the number of entries.
It seams to be pretty much down to who brought a machine with Nos. Last spring I won so easy running NOS, it was not funny. This time Jeff was on NOS and I was wasn't so he had same result.
I think in order to boost our 4x4 class turnout the bottle may have to go. Its awsome fun to run on the bottle but, other than the Clash its just not allowed most places, unless you want to try putting a 4x4 ute in a unlimitted class just to get pasted by true custom drag quads. So for me setting one or a couple up for the bottle and risking yet another new motor was just not worth it to me. I think that now Jeff and I have it down to just trading wins, and, I can say that its time to change the 4x4 class to a no power adder class, or we won't have anyone to race but each other.

Sounds like a really fun race, just wish I could make one, just to see how the 900 with a 50 shot would do, against the bombs and ole Blue.
I do have to ask, is this track stingy with times, or is just the sand is so soft, times are slower.
Times seem slower than I would have though. Not saying this in a bad way, just curious?

It was real loose this time, my machines were realy digging down bad. Its a lot different than running on dirt, if thats what you are use to shotgun. That I would think would make a pretty big difference in the times. Like how a lot of guy back in your area run 4 snows, or something like that for tires , Those work but not near as well as a real paddle tire in sand.
Shotgun it would be awesome to see that beast of yours run sometime, so if you ever get a chance it would sure be fun to have you join us at the clash.

CC1999, stay tuned for the new classes that will be added to the roster for the Fall Clash of the Titans. We will be holding 2 full days of racing. Look for many more limited as well as unlimited classes.
Shotgun, we look forward to seeing you at a Clash of the Titans event one of these days.
I really dont think you will leave disappointed.
