Default outlander in deep water

I was wondering, I currently have a Honda Rancher, but I got the privilige to drive an outlander 500 this weekend. I loved the way it rode and accelerated compared to my 350. The only question I have is with the belt for the automatic tranny, will it start slipping if you play in deep water for a while. This is one of my favorite things to do, deep enough to float the front tires and playing in the mud. Has anyone any info on this, I would love to sell mine and get one, but if it is going to give me troubles, I will have to pass. Thanks everyone.

I have an 06 800-my belt housing leaks if I am in water too long or back up, you can install a drain plug, I took off my housing and inspected the rubber gasket and it looked good. I siliconed the snot out of it and have yet to try it again. Just my 2 cents
