Default wheelie- how?

How can i get my ds250 to wheelie?

-should i stand on the wheelie/grab bar?
-knees at the very back of the seat?
-Other?
-I really don't know how to do a wheelie, its so darn heavy (only about 60lbs lighter than the 650) for how much power it has.

Standing on the grab bar is the only way I could see this thing pulling a wheelie.

Is it also possible to take of the headlights? that should shave off a 1-3lbs

It might look better too, kind of like a yellow kfx450r with the lights removed.

Would it damage the electrical system if i took of the headlights, and i hit the light switch instead of the kill switch (i do that a lot, by accident)

It shouldn't hurt it at all if you hit the switch. Would be just as if the bulbs were burnt out. If you plan on keeping the plug for the bulbs intact, just be sure to cover and seal them somehow to keep dirt and water out.

Are you planning on cutting the wires or just leaving the plugs intact?

Im not cutting the wires, just unplugging them, its quite simple, much like using a charger for remote control car batteries

I've already done the left headlight and the taillight, but its so F'ing cold outside, its -20 degrees outside, luckliy there is no wind inside my shed,

I have to let my fingers thaw first, I'll have it done in an hour hopefully

I'd put part of a freezer bag (really not just cause it's cold, they're just thicker) over the plug and wrap it really good in tape. (cover the bag too) Just keep an eye on the tape to see if it's fraying or coming off.

At -20, I'd think the wires would just snap off.

Default wheelie- how?

My son can wheelie his new DS250 no problem, he is 15yrs old 5'6" about 115lbs. he does it the same way as me , holds on the rear brake gives it some gas lets go of the brake gives it a tug hits the gas and up it comes almost every time. Its no harder on the belt than being stuck in deep mud .
