HPR 730 Durability ?

Because this sort of thing is just political bait. I am the last of my entire group to still read or post on this forum and everyone deserves an advocate.
I want to know if this is true and what happened because it doesn't add up. If I am supporting a flawed product I want to know it........ which would require those who are pervading this information to release the details. I doubt that will happen.
They could have picked almost any kind of failure and it would have been much more believable than a braced cylinder going out of round........you are a machinist, you should be the first to understand my reservations on this claim simply based on the physics involved.

It was several professionals hypothesis that piston "rocking" in the cylinder is what caused it to go out of round.
Dont refer to me as a HPR hater, please.
These are facts. You asked questions, I provided the answers.
How do you know if there are nobody else having this problem out of a HPR cylinder just because their not on the internet?

You guys never change. You say you do but you don't..........
All of the claims are known as platitudes. They aren't specific. They don't say who the jug belongs to. They don't say who the experts are who looked at it and if all these professionals looked at it, why are you still wondering whether or not it was a casting flaw? If they really knew what they were looking at, wouldn't you know the problem by now?
Sorry, doesn't add up...
Because of a promise to dbeck I will leave it at this.

Thanks.
Just for the record, this is first hand info from a very close friend.
As I have said in the previous posts...this could be a manufacturing flaw in either the piston or the cylinder.
We report, you decide,

Now to set the record straight.I have now owned my TVI 800 turbo nitrous bike for about a year and a half .Competed in about 20 events with it and just serviced it for the first time last friday.have only put 7 clutches in it and thats it(let me see these hp bikes do 4th gear take offs and hold a clutch)And nothing else the bike puts out well over 120hp and starts on the touch of a button. No other bike in the monorails class runs as many events as the monmorail on the same motor period. It has been a rough time figuring out the setup and all on the bike but she has come alive latley. My fiance won first place this weekend @ Dome valley in the sports man 4.5 and faster this weekend with a 4.25 it was hard hooking up this weekend everyone was running slow and some of the fastest in the country were in attendance. On top of that her first qualifiing run she peeled almost all the paddles of the 26" x 12 ten paddle taller we had on the bike.So we had to borrow some from Racers Edge.they did good but they were too narrow who would have thought that 14 paddle rippers weren't enough tire we were doing 3rd gear launches. they worked good for the launch but failed on the top OH did i mention it was only alishas second time on the bike. Any way's to answser your question.
Hpr's are as reliable as tvi's or pami's its all in the build and the maint.Yes tvi has had failures so has hpr and pami the only differance is only hpr is claiming to be the GODS OF BOMBS.

I think they kind of got that idea about the time they won 4SW's in 2006, then won their class at Planet Sand with a first ever official Planet Sand time in the 3's with a single cyl 4 stroke than won KOTH again in January.......what were they thinking???? lol
In all seriousness, point well taken, AZ. Good post imo.
