A Gas Gas isn't too big of a deal, it wouldn't have much of an affect on the big picture, we need one from the big 5.And by the way, who cares how it looks, if it rips, it rips!

 

But of course it didn't rip, the handling blew. Don't get caught up in wanting a two-stroke so bad that you pine away for one that ultimately would be a disappointment. Regarding the looks, sadly they do make a difference, If two bikes have performance anywhere near each-other and one looks like they Gas-Gas you can keep it, maybe I have to look good to ride good.

 

it would be great but coming into the US,the communist epa would kill it.Ahhh i dont see why we have to have these freak minded people in our country,why dont they go to russia and boss them around for a change. Well I personally think thats shallow, I dont care a whole lot what the bike looks like, as long as its taken care of. But on a new bike they could make the ugliest 250 and I would but it without a second thought.The Ds is really ugly itself, those fenders are ridiculous!

 

The fenders came off my DS before I rode it two feet so I guess I must be "shallow" though I'm not sure it carries the same connotation when you're judging inanimate objects. Even if Gas Gas sorted out the problems with the bike and it all actually worked well together my chief concern would still be warranty repair nightmares.

 

Nah those fenders are really ugly!

 

Not half as ugly as the 400EX headlights and front fenders.

 

roostina101bbike , you are really OUT there. Are you for real? Why don't re-re-re-read the post(did ya read it ) since it doesn't really seem to be sinking in. He seen a picture in a copy shop and thought that since bombadier's name was on it it MIGHT be put it on their website. Like that one guys types , below me without the e !!

 

ThreeWheelio I heard a rumor that the new bomb is a 580cc twin 2-stroke due out in June at $8995. Have you any more info.

 

Now that's a price tag!! That would have to be RACE ready.
